The objective of the executive design is to create details for a building in concrete and glass completely passive. Every detail has been designed to give the effect of a massive tectonic to the concrete without sacrificing aspects of sustainability. Concrete seems continuous between inside and outside but it is only an effect of good design. Details in plan and section revealing the real stratigraphy
The office of computer graphics State of Arts Studio has selected the project Octagon as the theme for his third Academycourse. The project has shown its potential plastics in different locations chosen by the authors.
The views made it possible to study the details of the facades and analyze possible finishes of the building. It ‘been nice to see the dual character of the facades – the transparent and the opaque through which alternate lamp lets the facade. The training experience ended with a meeting between the two studies where designers have been listed strengths and weaknesses of the building and views
