The Ancillotto site is perceived as a mixed-use project to meet the present housing requirements of the region. In the process of design, a great emphasis was laid to derive optimal functional combinations that can generate not only an economically feasible proposal, but also to find means and ways to reach higher sustainable models.

 

安奇洛托基地被视为一混合使用的项目,以满足该地区目前的住房需求,在设计过程中一个重点是必须奠定引导出最佳的组合,既可以产生不仅是经济上可行的建议,而且必须找到方法和手段达到较高的可持续发展模式。

Our approach was mainly to find a balance between the pre-existing landscape heritage value of the site and the evolving functional requirements for housing, working and recreation. This allowed us to challenge the existing typological approach in Italy, with sustainability as a major concern. The proposal is also liberating all the ground for public utility and generates higher interaction and participation of the public with the landscape.

 

我们的做法主要是在基地现存的景观遗存价值以及不断变化的功能性需求,如住房、工作和休闲等,之间找到一个平 衡。这让我们把可持续发展作为一个重点来挑战现有的意大利类型学方法,该建议也是解放整个基地作为公共设施 并使公众和景观之间产生更高的互动性和参与性。

The project integrates the historical Villa park and the urban park with the future needs for habitation, working and leisure. The pedestrian circulation system defines the ambiance quality and mixed use functional possibilities. In Ancillotto, this is emphasized by creating a green axis towards the Villa, passing through the housing apartments, where the apartments are raised above the ground to maintain a visual continuity of the green structure. Green roof terraces and 360-degree view with privacy for the housing units, generates higher interaction for the user with the surrounding landscape.

 

该项目整合了历史别墅遗迹公园和居住区与未来的居住、工作和休闲需求。步行系统定义了空间氛围的质量,并混合 了各种实用的可能性。在安奇洛托,利用正对别墅(历史遗产)的绿轴来进行强化,绿轴通过了公寓住宅区,这些公寓通过地面的抬高以保持绿化系统的视觉连续性,屋顶绿化平台和360度的保证公离隐私的景观,生成了用户与周围景观的更高的互动性。

Ancillotto is designed with flexible housing modules, where composite structural qualities are exploited to their limits for better energy performance of the buildings. The site owes high architectural and landscape value because of a heritage listed Villa being in the middle of an old park. This allowed restoring a part of the site into a historical park with secular trees, which will be then opened and given to the city. The old water percolation system is also reintegrated with new hot water plates and rain water harvesting systems. The dense plantation along the periphery of the site and along the roadways helps in creating an inward environment.

安奇洛托项目采用了具有弹性的复合材料结构素质的住宅模数设计,以利用极限性能为建筑物提供更好的能源表现,该基地得益于历史公园中部的一个文化遗产別墅的存在而拥有较高的建筑以及景观价值。这使得我们可以通过整修基地内的一些百年老树,使之修复成为遗址公园的一部分,向城市开放,旧的流水渗流系统也用新的热水板和雨水收集系统进行集成回收,沿密集的地点周围以及道路沿线种植绿化有助于建立一种内在机制,减少外部环境的污染。该项目也试图通过创建路堤、人行通道、自行车道、地下停车场、集中服务和垃圾回收系统等,来优化整个项目的能源消耗。
